Something not right with your order?

Please note all orders are sent as Authority To Leave. Please ensure you enter an address that is safe to leave the parcel if no-one is home. If your address is entered at the checkout incorrectly and your order is sent back to our warehouse we will require shipping of up to $24.95 to be paid again to re-send your item.

We cannot refund based of an incorrect address received.

Unfortunately, we do not usually cancel or refund accepted orders. In addition, You may cancel an order if it hasn't reached our dispatch team and you haven't received a confirmation email.  In which case you adhere and are required to pay a cancellation fee of 15% of your order value due to the payment providers charging us nonrefundable fees and the admin fees to cancel your order.
