From time to time, your clips will need to be replaced on the lid section of your bin.  It is suggested that you remove all bags from the packaging and fold them the exact same way (as they were in the box) into the lid.  This will avoid so much weight in the lid section.  

Also, when the lid is removed to empty the bin, it is possible that it was put on the incorrect way around.  Try removing it and putting it back on the other way around.

I’m Sonia Napolitano, mother of 3 beautiful daughters and founder and inventor of the world’s first in home, all in one sanitary disposal unit- Evelaniq. My own personal frustration of not being able to dispose of sanitary waste in a dignified manner is what led me to create Evelaniq.
