As the mother of a 13-year-old daughter with a profound intellectual disability and Autism, puberty has brought many challenges. Accepting the changes happening to her body has not been an easy journey, and something as simple as managing her menstrual cycle has often been met with confusion, anxiety and resistance.

Until now, we had no practical or discreet solution. We were relying on bin liners and endless amounts of toilet paper, which wasn’t ideal for either of us. Having a dedicated system that is hygienic, simple to use and designed specifically for this purpose has already made such a difference.

What surprised me most was how quickly my daughter understood the concept. She was fascinated by the bags and loved that the bin was “hers.” For the first time, this aspect of puberty felt a little less scary and a little more manageable for her. Seeing that confidence and sense of ownership was something I wasn’t expecting, and it brought a smile to my face.

I know Evelaniq was created to make life easier for families, but the joy on my daughter’s face is something I won’t forget.

This is such a great idea to use to put pads in because you only need to use the bin for pads. It separates from the other rubbish bins.

I recently received my bathroom bin bundle… I will say wow!! starting with unboxing & how the products were presented… this was not some A..z.n delivery with goods thrown into an oversized tired & abused box with a little bit of chewed paper for padding… the products were nicely packaged with elegant product wraps around each item, there was no empty space for the products to tumble around inside the box, everything was securely in place. I love the thoughtful idea of the sticker which I have placed on the bin (back) makes reordering easy with the information at hand. I was concerned the bin might seem oversized for our “undersized” real estate challenged bathroom, but the those concerns are just a bad dream, the bin seems to magically just suit any space it is destined to be in… & my bathroom is tiny… The extra bin closure mechanisms, you could have heard my sigh of relief!! Theres nothing worse than needing a little part when it’s life has expired & not knowing where to get it from or what it is called if you need to do an internet search for it.Now when the day comes for replacement, I have the part on hand ready to go… no inconvenient “out of order” shut downs in my bathroom. I love love love the PRIVACY that comes with this elegant bin… I have tried those annoying flippy top bins, open bins in the past with random plastic bags from the junk drawer as liners, al higgledy piggeldy & it ALWAYS annoyed me I couldn’t do better, now I have system that is proper closed, no odour, bin liner & infrastructure streamlined for the purpose & the embarrassment factor gone (previously I was always self conscious about emptying my other bin more often so other bathroom users didn’t see my “rubbish”), now there is nothing to see but an elegant enclosed bin system. Oh I love the disposal bags AND they TAPE closed, now more unwinding unsticking product wraps revealing my personal hygiene evidence… I’m waffling on now, its exciting when you have a product that works exactly how you never knew, you needed it to work… I’m thrilled with the product & feel confident with how my bathroom looks (& smells) when the bin is called for performing… Thanks to Evelaniq for taking care of REAL women.

Excellent stylish bin. Suits my bathroom perfectly. Only shipped one bundle pack when I ordered the 2. But they were quick to rectify. I do find the top bin where the sanitary bags is very tight and hard to open.

Love our new toilet bin everything u need in one place to keep those period items secure. Our Cavoodle is too smart had a peddle bin, she learnt she could get item out if she stood on it, But not now!!! No more stealing rubbish.

I have two bins , one i use to store period proctots in , when its the time of the month i just put it beside the tolite. And one i just use for the bin . Easy to use. When i brought the bin i just wanted the top part where bins go , to fit the period products in it so was all in one kinda systyem. Had bins for a few years now well made to last. I normaly forget to use the bags i still have lots . When my two girls get to age i say it will all change .
